Foot tattoo

I have a tattoo on the side of my foot. I need to get it covered up. It was done very bad. It was a black star with some darker colors in it. Not what I wanted but he started the coloring wrong so had to go with it. It looks like shit!!!!! I don't want it and would like to put something over it. I was told to get something to cover it up and go up the side not down it. But I need some help on what it can be. I have 5 tattoos and this one makes me want to cry it is so bad.
