Free Tattoos

My name is Cecilia and I am looking for a tattoo artist in the VA/DC/MD area that would be willing to tattoo me for free. The tattoo I want is very simple and would be easy to do. I have no problem getting tattooed by someone new to tattooing who needs a guinea pig for practice :) I have no money right now but am hopelessly addicted to tattoos.
