Free Tattoos

I am looking for a tattoo artist in the DC/VA/MD area who would be willing to give me a free tat as I am broke and addicted to tattoos. lol. What I want is a very simple design that should be fairly easy to do. I AM WILLING TO BE A GUINEA PIG FOR SOMEONE NEW TO TATTOOING!!! Any aspiring tattooist please respond on here or email me. Thnx!

How about instead of you getting all of the benefit of getting tattooed at someone elses expense, you at least offer to do something for the artist since you're broke and can't support your addiction? Most shops won't mind if you offer to clean up the shop, wash their cars, flyer for them, etc. Just a suggestion.

Krystoff, I guess that would surely be better than going to a newbie and being a guinea pig. Although I think the entire post is insulting. If you can't afford a tattoo, you don't need one. And asking an artist to tattoo you for free is just rude. Not to mention the original poster is belittling herself by being willing to settle for bad work just to feed her addiction. Think more of yourself and the art of tattooing....or get the tattoo you deserve. Doesn't really bother me either way.

I agree 100 percent Gina, It just strikes a nerve on how lazy people are and expect free shit. Thats why I'm hoping this person will at the very least offer something on her behalf to the potential artist. -KRYSTOF
