frozen pigment

I just ordered a few bottles from eternal to replace the ones that were getting low and my 1 oz of lightning yellow was just a tiny bit slushy and my 2 oz triple black was almost completely frozen the other bottles were just real cold. i called eternal and theyre gonna send me a new bottle of the black is the pigment really ruined should i throw away the whole bottle? and are the other bottles that were just cold still ok? id hate to throw it away for no reason but more so i would hate to have a problem with a clients tattoo thanks Erik

I'd keep it fo sho - if you dont want to send it me rather than throw it, I'm not even joking.

i compared the replacement they sent and the frozen bottle and the frozen one was grainy and seperated really bad i think its gonna go in the trash but maybe ill try just a bit on my ankle but its definately not the same

i have had several bottles of dermaglow arrive frozen. and the ink was fine. its a very common thing.
