Good asian/new school tattooists

Hi, im looking to get a large asian style or new school piece on the top of my arm. Im fairly new to the whole tattooing scene and would greatly appreciate any recommendations you can give me on artists to check out. Im from the UK but im willing to travel, and money is no object. Thanks
