Good Cover up tattoo artists in DFW area?

Hello, I have an asian word on my arm about 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch big and I would love to cover it up with a tattoo of a famous painting. I don't know if this is possible or not and if their are any good tattoo artists in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who could do this. I would appreciate any recommendations...Thanks for your help in advance!
