i am 15 years old and i want to get a tattoo for my father who passed away march 7 2000. when he first passed away it was bad and now getting older and watching other kids with their dads it makes me miss him more. i figured this could be a way so that he is for sure going to be a part of me. i drew a little sketch of what i want it to look like. should i wait untill 18 because i want this to be really good. if you want to see the picture email me at [email removed]. im just looking on any advice to help make my design better and im also wondering when i should get it
good tattoo design or not?

my advice is to wait til you're 18-20
i'm pretty sure you'll never regret a tattoo for you're fathers memory
but , you might regret the design and artist.
it's always best to wait til you're an adult.
you're far from growing right now so that could distort the tattoo.
I also agree with Ink. The love for your Dad will obviously be just as strong if not stronger by the time you turn 18, 19, 20, etc. No one will doubt the love you have for him just because you don't get the tattoo now. Take your time, look around, see who's out there, and be as patient as you can about your tattoo. Your Dad would appreciate that. Take care Kid..... J
