Guest artist compensation

Hey everyone, we are a fairly new shop and have been approached by a couple tattoo artist that we have met through conventions and our own tattoo collections, to come and do guest chair spots for us. We haven't done this before and are wondering how guest chairs are usually handled, what percentage of thier income can we keep ? Also are we responsible for thier accomodation and flights ? Any input is appreciated. C
