what are the best healing methods? ive heard about a&d, vaseline, using lotion, lavender& shea butter, but which ones work the best and the fastest? i have very sensitive skin, so using ointments for long periods of time makes me break out in a rash. can someone tell me what method is most reccommended?

Years ago I always used A&D, but on the advice of my recent artists, I've been using Aquaphor. For me, it works so much better than A&D. After the ointment phase, I use Lubriderm. Since I've been using this method the healing process has been much better.
