Healing of Foot Tattoo

On Friday night I got a tattoo on my foot that pretty much takes up the whole foot, ive followed the instruction for after care with the exception of maybe putting a little to much Barri care ( Tattoos palors version of A n D) and am now using the recommended non scented lubriderm, and at times my foot looks swollen and red, and then today when I was at a work meeting it was extremely cold in the room and I noticed what looked like little water bubles on top of certain areas of the tattoo when I put lotion on them they kind of left scappy like marks matching the color in that area, I guess my question is what are the normal aches and pains of a foot tattoo, and when should I panic and be concerned??? and is there a such thing as extreme cold causing what seems like condinsation??

Sounds to me like overkill on the lotion...when it doubt ask your artist-but remember foot tattoos take a bit longer to recover due to its location.
