Help!! :D

I need some help here. I'm looking into getting a second tattoo, and I want it to be sort of a dedication for my husband, he's in the Army and he's leaving for his third tour in Iraq in about a month or so, I want something that says he's my best friend and I love him and I'm so proud of him, but I kind of want to shy away from the military wife tattoos I've seen, because I'm proud of him and love him for more reasons than him just being in the military. And I'm at a total loss here, I feel like I might be being too picky, I just want it to be perfect because its going to be on me forever. Any ideas? I know thats kind of a broad question lol Also, does anyone know of any tattoo artists in the Arlington//Dallas TX area who do portraits? My husband wants to get his baby sister's tattoo on his back bc she passed away but we're having a hard time finding a portrait artist (I guess thats what they'd be called) Thank you!
