HELP! Frog tatto looks like its coming out of the skin

Can anyone help,,,, There is a pic of a frog coming out of the skin that I found here on the web awhile ago. It is a tree frog that looks like it is coming out of the skin. Its head is in the hole and the pads of its feet are sticking of the edge gribbing like its trying to crawl out! Any ideas on what web site this is on or where I can get someone to drawl me on? THANKS A LOT!!!
