How Bad Do Wrist Tattoos Hurt?

I'm 18, and am going to get a tattoo for the first time next week, I will be getting a small-ish star on the inside of my right wrist, I am really nervous about this because I keep getting told it's going to hurt alot (by people who have never had a tattoo there before), I also have had my tragus, nose, belly and tongue pierced so people think I will be able to handle the pain. I still need to know FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEM how much do wrist tattoos actually hurt?? Thanks :) xxx
