How do I get a sketchbook ready for sale to the public?

How do I go from a scattered collection of sketches to a quality printed, bound book that is suitable for sale to public? Who are the best/worst distributors to contact once I have a product?

If its tattoo related...try Kingpin tattoo supply. They do a LOT of publishing. I have no idea about there terms, rates, comissions etc.
