how long do i have to wait for laser tattoo removal?

hey dudes i just got a tattoo today- it's well done, but it's not what i asked for and i compromised. and it's big, and it fucks up the chest piece i had planned. how long do i have to wait to get it lasered? could it possibly be better to get started BEFORE it's all healed? also, i'm bummed 'cause i really like the artist who did it and probably want to get more from him in the future, as long as i can speak up and get what i want. how insulted would you be if you were him? shit. thanks

At least wait until it is fully healed and then go talk to a laser removal guy. He can help you.

i don't get it, did you have a blindfold on while getting tattoo'd and then rip it off when he was done? At no point, after stencil/freehand, outline, etc did you say, "hey, i'm not crazy about this"??? you should feel you can speak up to the person tattooing you, it's your body, your money and your choice... Now it will cost you a decent amount more money, pain and time to get it fixed....
