I am working on my business plan to open a shop in texas and i am trying to contact the Health Department. I need to know if i can open a shop in the builing im wanting to open it in and if i can then i need them to also ok after its remodeling. I went to the site for the department but it had no way to contact them. I am at a lose on what to do now for i dont live there and cant just afford to travel there if there is no point you know. What should i do???????????
