Huge Black Mess (Tattoo)

I got a really horrible tattoo on my side, and its all done in black ink, Is there anything I can do to cover it? Or am I stuck with this mess forever!? I am a young woman and what I wanted and what I got were 2 different things! :(

Google rethinkyour ink. He can help you lighten it... then find a top artist on This site near your area to go over it with something you are more comfortable with having there.
