Hz to CPS for Australia

Hi there, You guys make such valid points regarding some of the bullshit questions. Hope mine doesn't sound as stupid. I have always used power supplies with Hertz displays but considering one which displays CPS being in the land down under you guys may be used to CPS but we are not. I am looking for how many CPS for hard liners, colour shading and b/white shadowing please. Yes, I'm blonde but definately not a bloody scratcher just not used to good CPS rates. Anyone willing to help?? Ta
