I cannot believe what I just saw

While I was surfing a while ago I came across a website for FAQ's that had a how to make a home-made tattoo machine (I hate to call it that) (Out of respect I am NOT going to put the link here) It was sad that they were all saying that of course self tattoo was good, and that Home tattooist used these plan's all the time.
