My tattoo is bleeding out of line in my skin can anyone tell me why it would do this? It looks like a little kid with crayons but the pictures right whne i got it show it wasint like this it started after healed

No shit, I can't figure it out either brotha Taz. If I'm hearing correctly, the lines sound blown out from the artist going to deep or he just gots a unsteady hand or both. You'll have to be more specific
