I want to buy my own shop

I want to buy a building ,but zoing is b-2-2 how can i go about buying the building for tattooing,I am in Baltimore Maryland,I want to tattoo, and have my own shop how do I go about and do this??

your about to land in a ton of headaches, your jumping ahead a few steps. You should learn to tattoo, then build a strong loyal clientel, and then think about opening your own studio (or not, cause after that many years tattooing you'll realize what a headache it is!). this guy has delusions of grandeur for sure!! i just looked at his page and its not all that. i think he could possibly GET to be a good tattooer in time judging from the drawings i saw but not with the ego this guy has! and talk about filthy tattoo environment!! he should save himself the fines and court fees he'll surely be paying for health code violations and infected tattoos. do an apprenticeship bro then get some years of experience in and MAYBE then you MIGHT be ready to even entertain the thought of opening your own shop. what an ego!!!
