Ideas for a tat of my kids

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of some tattoos i can get that have to do with my children (1 boy, 1 girl). I was thinking of maybe footprints, but i'd also like other ideas just so i have options. Also, if anyone has pics, those would be appreciated too.

i have got 4 children and was thinking of a four leaf clover with there names on the leafs but yet i know im ptoberly going to not have anymore children what you need to bear in mind is are yopu sure that the two children you have is the only ones your going to have if not or your not sure try and pick something that can allways get added to in the future i heard of a person that got a tattoo of a moon it was all detailed and he also had 2 children and got 2 stars (good job as he went on to have twins)you could maby think of a howling wolf or sometrhing or better still on sky theres a tattoo show called miami ink(not sure what channel )but its worth watching as the ideas you get are great or better still go on there website you cant download photos but it gives you a idea of what you want hope this helps

omg man soooo many ideas out there, you could get portrats of them, get there birthdays, names, birth flowers, birthstone colors, something that reminds you of them,

what about something abstract? footprints and names and portraits are things that, when theyre in their 20's, might be kind of like...( yeah, my mom has a tattoo of my face ( or feet, or names, whatever) on her body. which will be..creepy to say the least. sweet but, i wouldn't imagine one of my parents having something like that when i'm older now what about something abstract-ish? that represents male and female maybe? do a play on the male/female symbals?or incorporate a symbol that has to do with the relationship between mother and child?(children in this case) if you have a favorite animal, maybe think about getting a sort of, mom-kids portrait of the animals doing something together (playing?) best thing to do is incorporate something orginal that you thought of that symbolizes something for you or means something to you, so that if someone ses it they wont just be like..aw you have your kids feet/names/faces on you. it'll be cooler if theyre like, oh wow what does that mean? and you tell them about your cute kiddies! good luck picking a design girl :)
