ideas on what i should add to fill in a tattoo to finish a half sleeve?

i have fairly large tats on my upper arms , they do no connect, but I want to finish up the half sleeve or even 3/4 sleeve. what are some good ideas to connect tattoos??? i was thinking more flowers like dead flowers and water waves/clouds/sun/moon and just just smoke type effect??? any ideas or suggestions? i have some poppies and skulls and that sort of things. so what would you think would be good thing to add to complete the tattoo???

Well to start it would help to know what the first two tattoos you have are of. It's sort of hard to suggest something to connect tattoos without knowing anything about the tattoos youd like to connect. A pic would be even better.

well i have a large sugar skull with roses and daisies and skeleton From the book "Gashlycrumb Tinies" by Edward Gorey. It is a skeleton with a top hat and trench coat, holding an umbrella and scarf and red poppies with going around. ill try to get some pics up if i can. it takes up most of my upper right arm inner and out. its the back side and from middle. like bicep that needs something to feel in. Its mostly a memorial i guess for all the deaths in my family and its a bit morbid and dark. I plan on getting "lighter" tattoos or not to dark on the left arm, i would like to get a 3/4th sleeve but I just dont want tattoos id like some filler in between. just trying to get some suggestions.
