Yes it's a horrible idea. 1. You're too young, and anyone willing to tattoo a 15 year old is probably not going to be a good, ethical artist anyways. 2. Why your name? It's probably the bottom of the barrel as far as creativity goes, not to mention something I'm sure you'll quickly grow out of. Why not spend the next 4 years until your 18 researching awesome custom tattoo ideas, so you can get something unique that only you'll have. Also, spend time researching artists.
