Inner wrist tattoo

Hi Guys!! Well i had a very vivid dream this past week and in my dream I specifically remember me tellin my friend about this tattoo that would be on my inner left wrist saying memories die, love lives on in spanish it would say memorias mueren el amor siempre vive. and on the top part it would have my grandmothers name which is lucia in khayyam writing. I want it to look delicate and beautiful. I went to a shop and they said the size of the font would make it look bad but I want to follow my dream to the T. This tattoo would mean alot to me because my grandmother is slowly being overcome my alheimerz. Any input in this matter would be greatly appreciated!! Hugs and Kisses, Jennifer P.S.
