irish /philly theme half sleave

hello whats up every one i need help im trying to have a good friend of mine draw up my half sleave sense hes drawn up all my work he can do any thing i ask for ..... i need help i really want a half sleave with philadelphia and irish themed topics so any suggestions would be great
