is it illegal to tatoo minors in michigan even with a parents consent?

i was just wonderin...cuz my rents are gunna let me..i just dont know if its legal in michigan or not...could someone help me out with out going on about how i should wait to get one til im 18..cuz im gunna get it now matter wut u all say..i dont know y'all...not to be rude...but anyways...can u guys help?
