Is there a best "time of year" to look for an apprenticeship?

Is it better to approach tattoo shops when they're doing a lot of business, or not a lot? Obviously, I'd go in early in the week at a time when they're less busy.... but does time of year make a difference? I'm not sure when I'll begin seeking an apprenticeship, and I wonder if there's a good "time of year" to do that. Also, if I included the fact that I had administrative skills, would that just distract from my goal or make me more useful to them?

if the shop was interested in an apprentice and your art really kicked ass. they would ask you to come back after hours or set up some time ot really talk to you and see where your head is at. no matter what season. be persistant and keep your cool. and keep workin on your skills.
