Is there any parlor in Las Vegas that will tattoo a 17 yr old?

Im 17...i just wanna know if theres any tattoo parlors that will tattoo with a parents consent...California's state law is 18 and older but thats california...is Nevada's law different?

But LOCAL laws take precedence over state laws...check laws in your city/county...just because something is legal in your state does not mean it is legal in your city or coutnty...for example...in Missouri you can tattoo a minor with parental consent however over 80% of all counties and cities in Missouri prohibit tattooing minors PERIOD!!!!....People are going to prison in Missouri for breaking these local laws and they do not play....a Missouri man got 5 YEARS for tattooing a minor...he was charged with endangering a child...a felony!!!...So even though state law allows it ...you can still end up in prison!!!

wow.. Taz, according to that website in my state/area it's illegal to tattoo someone UNDER the age of 14 -- but if they're 14-17 and have a parent/legal guardian with them it's a-ok. WTF? And also, apparently the only time a license is required is if anesthesia is to be used/administered. If they violate the age deal it's a class 1 misdemeanor, was a felony but somehow that was appealed. but a defense is if the minor showed paperwork/fooled the artist that they were of age... this is total craziness!!! the only real restrictions i see here are saying that the tattoo's can't take place in a TENT or non-permanent structure.... this all EXPLAINS a lot about what i've seen so far in the local shops. and. er. not like 90% of you don't know what state I live in, I'm not going to broadcast it in case any young'uns get any ideas for a roadtrip.

So is there anything in Nevada (specifically Vegas) prohibiting tattooing minors? I know Cali is absolutely no one even though tons of my friends have 'em. and hawaii is with written parent consent. but about nevada?
