Jack in Oak Park?

I read somewhere online that Jack Morton would be doing laser removal in Oak Park IL the weekend of December 8th - can anyone tell me what shop he will be visiting? I am dieing to have a tattoo on my finger removed and want to see if I can get in to see him & buy plane tickets. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Jen
