Japanese Tattooist in Texas/Louisiana

Wondering if anyone knows of any tattoo artists specializing in Japanese artwork, or at least known to do decent Japanese tats. Preferably surrounding the Longview, Tx or Shreveport, LA areas. Doesn't matter about custom pieces, I do my own. Thanks in advance for any help. arch'
