japanese tattoo

Hello i was wondering anyone could point me in the right direction. im looking to get pretty much a half sleeve done and im looking for a artist who specializes in japanese style tattoos. i live in oshkosh wisconsin, but for the right artist ill go pretty much anywhere in the state. Thanks
