lettering tattoo

i am wanting to get a letter E on my inner forearm. Its to remind me of my family. instead of doing something "memorial" for family members that have passed i just want the letter E for my last name and was thinking of getting some kind of design around it/behind it ie tribal, scroll work, ect. anyone good at sketching or can find any decent pics online? i have yet to find any and would like a truely one of a kind piece this time instead of taking idead from other things and putting them together. i have found a few but they were girly or just not very dude-ish. any help i appriciate! thanks
