lil green spider question

I'm going to get many spider tattoos, as well as a bullring in the following few months. My open question is this; would it be a good or folly idea to get a lil green spider on my thumb?

I think a little green spider on your thumb sounds very cool. I'm concidering gettling a small star/line pattern between my thumb and pointer finger
