little bubbles in my tattoo

I got a tattoo about 2 days ago on my wrist and it's got little bubbles in it...like on the outlines, and on parts of the tattoo it's all smeared with goop ( like maybe puss or something) . I let it dry for 2 days without putting anything on it and so it was REALLY dry so today I put some Webers Vitamin E ointment on it and it feels better but the bumps are still there...it's not red at all just puffy in spots but I'm worried that the ink will come off or something

oh..and I've already gotten 6 tattoo's from the same artist and all of them were perfectly fine..I always leave them alone, but wash them twice a day for 48 hours then I put the Webers Vitamin E ointment on, but just a small amount and they heal quite nicely but I've never had little bumps in a tat before. Like I said, they're mostly around the outline and someone told me that it's possibly because he went really deep with the black outline, and because the skin on my wrist is very thin? does this sound accurate? It doesn't hurt really at all unless I pull the skin around it u know?
