Locating for someone to sketch a tattoo

I am looking for someone to sketch a tattoo for me since I have no artistic ability at all. Here is what I am looking for: - A boot stomping on a head (severed or intact to body) - Head should be on it's side with reasonable visual of the facial features - If possible, done in a surrealist or psychadelic fashion If you can help with this or direct me to a person who can, email at [email removed]
