Looking for a design

Hey there; I live in buttfuck Northern Canada, and want a new tat. No one up here is worth shit for design and my own drawing is limited to stickmen. So, I'm looking for someone to help me out with a design. What I'm looking for is this: It's for an upper arm tat, something similar to the old "Meatloaf, Bat out of Hell" album cover, with the bike tearing out of the ground. But, that picture, of course, has a bat on the bike. So, I want my Harley tearing out of the ground with a skeleton riding it. The skull cap leaning back like it's falling off. Maybe have the skeleton wearing boots, chaps, gloves and jacket? But, I want the ground to be my arm. (similar to the demon tearing out of the bicep look) I know this sounds confusing, but I have the picture of what I want in my head, I just can't explain it that well. If anyone can help do the design, I'd sure appreciate the help, and would pay you for your time.
