Looking for a Tattoo Artist with EXP and Portfolio

I am Looking for a Tattoo Artist with at least 3 years experience with Portfolio to work in a very busy shop to work on a very demanding shop with clients that want only the best. In this shop we don't do You pick it we stick it our clients all want 100% custom work and most of them want realistic looking tattoos some in colors some in black we make a week at least $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 worh of work on our clients I have more clients that what I can handle but will share them with only the best tattoo artist I work on appointments mostly even though walk ins are more than welcome. please only serious people may apply no tattoo artist want to be nor scratch artists I will not hire you so please save your self the time. I want our clients to know that in our shop they come first but also I what the artist to feel like home and express them selves freedly I dont care if you are from the hip hop, rock etc background in our shop all styles are welcome we are hip hop, gothic, metal heads in this shop we all have our own style and the good thing is that we don't crash with each other .
