looking for advice from veterans

I was wondering how you guys handle balancing work and your personal life. I have been tattooing for 3 years now (not including my apprenticeship) and recently found myself being the only artist at a shop. I love tattooing and I am really focusing on creating the best work i can but since the other artist left i have taken on a heavy work load... Before i managed to get all my drawings and prep done while at work but as of late i have been having to take work home, spending late nights working and even coming in on days off and it has started to take a toll on my family life.. I dont know if this sounds ridiculous but i was just seeing how other artist handle the balance between work and home.

feast or famine? your choice. you take the work and art when you can and relish it.you either live by the ways of Tattoo or you dont.
