looking for advice on finding a good lettering tattoo artist in Wash DC/ VA / MD area

i need advice im looking for an artist to do a tattoo of a bible prayer maybe 20 words long in a scroll on my tricept or inner bicep any reccomendatins would be helpful also what to expect to pay for this in black and grey
