looking for an excellent tattoo artist in mass area

I want to get a new tatto from an excellent tattoo artist that can do free hand art work. I am located in massachusetts but I will travel to other area's in New England. I have gotten a couple of tattoo's that I am not happy with so I am trying to find the best tattoo artist in the area. I hope I can get some input from this site.
