Looking for artist to do this (solid black work)

Hi, i have a pice on my outerforearm that i want covered, and i m looking for an artist to do it, and give me opnions. I think this is the right place. I already have an idea of what i want. It is a big black bar (4cm x 16 cm) covering the old tattoo, and at one edge, shark teeths coming out of it (shark teeths as in the maori tattoos) I dont want to go to the studio here in my area cuz the tattoo i want covered was done there and i dont want to go back there anymore. If there is any artists here that likes heavy black work or maori style please leave ur contact. Also what did u think of the desing? A big black bar on the forearm a good idea?
