looking for best place to get tattoo in NYC

HI I was wondering if anyone knew the best tattoo studio in NYC. This will be my first tattoo and it will be on my right foot near near my big toe, I want to get a four leaf clover. Also, I was wondering about advice on recieving a tattoo on the foot since I know it is one of the more risky places to get it. Thank you, have a great day!
