looking for the right artist

i am new to the tattoo sceen and i am looking for a great artist in the mo area to do a portrit of my daughter in black and gray the in town local shop just don't cut it i have had a few tats done by them and they are not bad but not great and i want this one to be great if anyone comes to mind please let me know thanks
