Looking for toronto artist

I'm looking for a Toronto artist to tattoo a full sleeve for me. I'm thinking lots of color, flowers, a Buddha head, and some text. I don't mind going to somone independent, I'm just not looking to pay the $150 an hour that the downtown shops are charging. Looking forward to hearing some recos. Cheers.

Thanks for the recos. I was actually already thinking about checking out Passage and Imperial. Anyone else know of any good artists that aren't going to break the bank?
