How does his tattoo artists put white ink on top of his black? I've always thought that it isn't possible..especially with the solid black ink that he has on his body.

The white doesn't really jump out on him. It looks subtle. Maybe it's just a really fat white that looks higher contrast because of the dark background. I love the way his skin looks though.
