Male pubic tattoo

I'm interested in getting a tattoo near my scrotum, but not on it. I was curious, will it probably cost me more, than it would cost a female to get a tattoo in a comparable location? Can you give me an idea of the minimum cost for a tattoo there, by a respectable tattoo shop?
