Meaningful Tattoo?

Hey I'm just looking for ideas for a tattoo which I may or may not get. When I was a teen, I was suicidal and extremely depressed, pretty much very dark times for me. What I'd like is a tattoo I can look at and remind myself how far I've come. Suggestions? Note: I'm not religious.

I dont think anyone can answer this for you :) You need to come up with something that is meaningful to you. surely there is lyrics, animals, shapes.. something that is meaningful to you in some way.. Start from there and work on it.. Take Care Bee

Whatever you pick I would suggest positive imagery. I was an idiot at one point and got a few large scale pieces that were suggestive about overcoming low points in my life. On top of the fact they didn't come out great, they also just served to remind me of the negative, not the positive, so now they're getting lasered and covered. Picking tattoos is a very personal thing and when the subject matter is sensitive like this its even more personal, so its really something you should decide for yourself! But like I said in my opinion, focus on the positive!
