im going to get one happy face and one sad face tattooed on my balls. one on each ball. i also want a mr. yuck face on my weiner. will i have to pay alot more dut to the area in question? also will any tattooist do these kinds of tattoos? one more thing will these tattoos im wanting be more prone to any kind of infection, or irritation. say more so than other areas? thanks for the help just needing some info, before i take the plunge.
