Name tattoos

Ok so,my boyfriend would like for me to get his name tattooed on me&what he is gonna do is get me lips tattoed on his arm like on the forearm. I have no problem with it cuz i love him&cuz i kno nothing will go wrong&we'll always be together but is it true what they say about getting eachothers name tattooed on eachother that it brings bad luck??or is just a rumor?what happens happens if ur together...???

wow all i have to say is wow... for one it's a superstition, but a widely accepted one. examine your situation for a second, HE wants you to get HIS name tattooed on you, but he's not willing to do the same... lips are lips, i have my girls lips tattooed on my stomach and mine are on her ass (then again we did that before we were together), but if anything ever happens i can just tell other people they're just lips, no other explanation needed, you'll have to either cover his name up with something much larger or forever explain who he is and why his name is tattooed on you... DON'T DO IT!!!!
